Under Indian law, the agreement of sale is a legally binding document. If the agreement doesn’t mention extra charges, the seller cannot legally demand them. You can consult a lawyer to understand your legal options and negotiate with the seller or consider seeking recourse through the courts. Your religion has no bearing on this legal issue.
