I’m planning to buy a flat in RR Nagar, Bangalore. The approved plan shows 4 floors with 4 kitchens, one flat per floor with 4 rooms and one kitchen. However, the builder has built 5 floors with 10 flats, 2 flats per floor. Each flat has 3 bedrooms and one kitchen. If I buy two flats on the first or second floor, is there a risk of the BBMP or BDA demolishing the entire building?
