If a son helps pay off his parents’ home loan, does he have a stronger claim to a bigger share of the property than his siblings who didn’t contribute?

Indian law does not automatically grant a larger share of property based on financial contributions. While courts consider contributions when dividing property, a son’s payment of a home loan doesn’t guarantee a larger share, especially if there’s no formal agreement or documentation.
