I purchased an under construction flat in Bhiwadi from Piyus Builders with a buyback agreement. I took a home loan, and a large portion of the loan was disbursed to the builder. As per our agreement, they were supposed to pay my monthly EMI. They did this for a year, but for the past 7-8 months, they have stopped making payments. I’ve tried reaching out to them, but they are unreachable and avoiding my calls. Now, I’m receiving legal notices every month for non-payment of EMI. How can I resolve this situation and ensure my payments are made?

You can file a legal notice against Piyus Builders for breach of the buyback agreement and demand immediate payment of your EMIs. You can also approach the consumer forum or a civil court to enforce your rights and seek compensation for the losses incurred due to their non-compliance. It’s crucial to act quickly and seek legal counsel to protect your interests.
