You can legally claim your money back, including interest, by filing a civil suit in a consumer forum or a regular court against SARE Ramprastha. You can argue that the company breached the terms of the booking agreement by refusing to refund your money after you didn’t sign a formal agreement or make further payments. The court can order the company to refund your money with interest based on applicable laws and precedents.
