You can file a harassment case against the previous owner in Bangalore, as the harassment is affecting you here. You can also file a civil suit in Devdurga to establish your legal ownership of the land and seek an injunction against the previous owner’s claims. Hiring a lawyer familiar with land disputes in Karnataka is recommended for effective legal action.
