I bought a plot in Mysore from a developer, it’s a converted DC site. I’ve been paying installments every three months since 2014. But now, they’re saying my membership is cancelled because I missed the last three payments. The agreement mentions cancellation after two missed payments. How could they accept payments every three months for two years if this was the case? Can I take any legal action?

The developer’s claim of cancellation may not be valid if the agreement specifies cancellation after two missed payments, and you have consistently made payments for two years despite missing the last three. You can legally challenge this cancellation by pointing out the discrepancy in their actions and the agreement, and seek redress for the breach of contract and unfair practice.
