You are legally obligated to provide first aid and transport the injured biker to the hospital as you did. The harassment you are facing is illegal. File a police complaint, stating the incident details and the harassment, seeking protection. You can also approach a lawyer for legal counsel and consider seeking a restraining order against the harassers.
