You can file a medical negligence case against Hope Hospital in Nagpur. You can claim damages for the additional expenses incurred due to the infection, including the cost of the second surgery, as well as compensation for the pain and suffering caused by the negligence. You may also be able to claim compensation for the loss of income due to the extended recovery time.
