What are the chances of a tenant refusing to leave my house after a registered rent agreement? If the matter reaches court, does the tenant need to pay rent to the court?

If a tenant refuses to vacate after the registered rent agreement expires, you can legally evict them through the court. The tenant is obligated to pay rent to the court during the legal proceedings, as the court will hold the rent until the case is resolved.
