We’re looking to hire a manager for our residential building in India. We’re planning to provide him with a salary and a flat within the building, currently used as an office. Could you please advise on any employment laws we need to follow? We’ve begun his background check, but want to ensure we comply with government guidelines in case of any past misconduct.
