The outcome of the appeal in the Delhi High Court is uncertain. You have a favorable order from the District Court, which strengthens your case. However, the tenant’s appeal presents a new opportunity for him to argue his case. Ultimately, the High Court will consider all the evidence and legal arguments presented by both sides before making a final decision.
