Respected Sir/Madam,
My husband, a teacher in a fully aided school, passed away in April 2016. He served as a part-time Shikshan Sevak from June 2005 to November 2008, a full-time Shikshan Sevak from December 2008 to February 2010, and an Assistant Teacher from March 2010 until his passing. I would like to know if I am eligible for death gratuity, pension, and other benefits. Could you please guide me on this matter?

Under Indian law, your husband’s service as a teacher in a fully aided school may qualify you for death gratuity and family pension. The exact amount and eligibility criteria depend on the school’s rules and the applicable state government regulations. You should contact the school authorities and the relevant state government department for details and guidance.
