Respected sir, I worked as a temporary assistant with LIC between 1998 and 1999. I completed around 75 days of service in those two years without taking any leave. Recently, I heard about a Supreme Court ruling stating that LIC employees who worked for at least 80 days might be eligible for permanent positions and benefits. Could you please clarify if I qualify for this based on my service?
