My wife, a retired teacher from a private school in Rohtak, Haryana, has been serving the school for 30 years. The school, run by a society that also manages 12 other institutions, is now under the administration of the District Collector as the society was superseded by the government. Is she eligible for gratuity, which she has requested at the time of her retirement?
