My startup job ended abruptly, without warning or full salary. They also didn’t provide a formal joining or relieving letter. What can I do?

You can file a complaint with the Labour Commissioner or file a lawsuit in a labor court. The absence of formal joining/relieving letters doesn’t negate your rights to unpaid wages and other benefits. You can also seek legal advice from an employment lawyer to understand your options.
