Since your former employer provided an NOC after terminating you, their recent allegations of fraud are suspicious. You should gather all relevant documents including the NOC, your employment agreement, and any evidence of manipulated accounts. Consult a lawyer immediately to understand your legal options and protect yourself from false accusations.
