My company suddenly fired me, citing poor performance and misconduct, which is completely unfair. I’ve consistently exceeded expectations, bringing in significant profits. Despite this, they’ve been deducting from my salary since April and haven’t paid me my full amount on time. They’ve also been disrespectful and humiliating, creating a hostile work environment. While I owe them a small amount, they haven’t tried to recover it before firing me. They now demand immediate payment, but they owe me a much larger sum, including my full and final settlement, unpaid salary, notice period, pending payments, bonus, earned leave, and expenses I incurred for the company. I proposed deducting their dues from my final settlement and paying me the remaining balance. They owe me much more than I owe them.

Based on Indian law, your company’s actions are questionable. While they can terminate you for performance reasons, the process must be fair and documented. They cannot deduct from your salary without a valid reason and are obligated to pay you all due amounts, including your full and final settlement. You can pursue legal action to recover the owed amounts and address the unfair termination.
