My company hasn’t paid me my salary for the past 5 months, and now they want me to resign. They’ve been delaying payments for the last 3 months. Should I just quit? What if they don’t pay me my dues? I’m a senior executive earning around Rs. 75,000 per month.

You should not resign without securing your dues. Under Indian law, your company is obligated to pay you your salary. You can issue a legal notice demanding payment and, if they fail to respond, pursue legal action to recover your salary. You can also file a complaint with the Labour Department.
