Your company cannot legally force you to leave as you withdrew your resignation during the notice period. They cannot enforce the bond payment if you were not given a proper opportunity to negotiate the terms. Consult with a lawyer to understand your rights and explore options like seeking legal recourse or negotiating a more favorable settlement.
