While you cannot legally force your employer to reinstate you, you can pursue legal action to recover your dues and compensation. You can file a claim with the Labor Commissioner or file a lawsuit in the appropriate court. It’s advisable to consult with a labor lawyer to understand your specific legal rights and options.
