I’ve been facing mental harassment from my senior manager. He’s been making false accusations and manipulating data to frame me. You can file a complaint with the Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of your workplace under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013. This Act covers all forms of harassment, including mental harassment, and your complaint will be investigated by the ICC. You can also consider approaching the police to file a complaint under relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code.
