Indian law does not automatically disqualify someone with a criminal conviction from applying for a Kerala Public Service Commission job. However, the specific nature of the conviction, its relevance to the job, and the commission’s own recruitment rules will determine eligibility.

Am I not entitled to maternity leave even though my leave without pay was due to pregnancy-related issues? What legal options do I have?
