Reservation policies are based on caste and are implemented by the government for certain categories. They do not affect your individual appointment process in a private company. Your selection will be based on your merit and suitability for the role.

This change supposedly applies to science and humanities subjects, but my branch, Computer Applications, is a technical degree. There’s no other postgraduate degree available in Computer Applications.
