You have grounds to challenge the termination. The government’s termination decision seems unfair and likely violates the provisions of the Civil Services (Probation) Rules, 1958. You should consult a lawyer and consider filing a writ petition in the High Court, challenging the termination and seeking reinstatement and compensation for wrongful termination.
