I worked for Unitech Ltd for almost three years and resigned in July 2015. It’s been over a year since then, and I still haven’t received my final settlement amount, despite repeated emails and calls. I’m hoping for help in recovering my dues.

You can file a claim with the Labour Court within two years of the date your dues became payable. You can also approach the conciliation officer for an amicable resolution. If these avenues fail, you can file a lawsuit in a civil court.
