I worked for a private limited company for a few months and after giving my notice, received a relieving letter. However, they’re not paying my full and final dues, including my salary, reimbursements, and incentives. I’ve tried reaching them through emails, messages, and calls, and they initially promised to pay but are now ignoring me. My appointment letter states that they should pay me within 45 days. Can I take legal action against them to recover my money?

Yes, you can take legal action against the company to recover your dues. Under Indian law, your employer is obligated to pay your full and final settlements, including salary, reimbursements, and incentives, within a reasonable time after your resignation. You can file a claim in a labor court or file a civil suit in a civil court.
