I worked at a young company for a few months without a formal agreement. When I left, the CEO promised to pay my final salary but has only paid a part of it. He’s also been rude about my work. I have emails documenting his promises and his behavior. Is there anything I can do to get the rest of my salary, considering it’s been months since I left and I’m now working elsewhere?

You can file a claim in a labor court demanding the remaining salary. The emails documenting the CEO’s promises and behavior can serve as evidence. The court can also consider the CEO’s rude behavior as a breach of employment contract, even without a formal agreement.
