I was suspended from my job based on complaints I never saw. On the first day of the departmental inquiry, they pressured me to write a confession letter, promising union support that never materialized. After 19 years of fighting, I finally got copies of those complaints through an RTI request. There’s no police case against me. Can I challenge my dismissal, even after all this time?
