I took the NPCIL recruitment exam but was declared unqualified by just 8 marks. I filed an RTI requesting the answer key and my responses. I found 7 questions out of 100 had incorrect answers in their key. I complained on the government’s grievance portal, but after 3 months, NPCIL said their key is correct. However, I have proof that their key is wrong. What can I do now?

You can challenge the NPCIL’s response through the grievance portal, providing the proof of incorrect answers. If the response is unsatisfactory, you can approach the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) for judicial review. This will allow you to present your case and potentially seek a re-evaluation of your exam.
