I started working as a sales executive at Dell Network Limited just over a week ago. Unfortunately, I had to take a couple of days off due to illness. When I returned, I was let go without any explanation or pay. Is there any way I can file a case with the labour court to recover my lost salary?

Yes, you can file a case with the labour court for unfair termination and unpaid wages. Since you were employed for over a week, you are entitled to certain employment rights under the Indian law, and your dismissal without explanation and pay is likely illegal.
