I started a job at a big company on June 25th, 2015, and left on August 21st, 2015. But the company faced some financial problems and everyone’s salary was delayed for about 3 months. How can I get my unpaid salary?

As per the Payment of Wages Act, 1936, you are entitled to your unpaid salary. Since your employment ended in August 2015, you can file a claim with the Labour Court within 3 years of the last payment being due. The court can order the company to pay your outstanding salary, along with interest and other applicable penalties.
