I quit my job after talking to my managers. However, I fell sick right after and couldn’t come to work for a week. I let my company know in advance and agreed to work for a month after getting better. But they wouldn’t let me fulfill my notice period and now want me to pay a month’s salary. They haven’t even given me my two months’ worth of incentives, which were due before I resigned. The details of these incentives aren’t in my appointment letter. What should I do?

You are entitled to your incentives as they were due before your resignation.
