I joined State Bank of India as a Probationary Officer in September 2013. After 18 months, I took the confirmation test but unfortunately didn’t clear it. The bank extended my probation for another six months, giving me a second chance. Sadly, I couldn’t clear the test again, and they terminated my employment in March 2016. Now, I’m preparing for SSC CGL and UPSC exams. Will my termination from SBI affect my eligibility for these government jobs? Could this past experience influence my UPSC interview?

Your termination from SBI is unlikely to directly impact your eligibility for SSC CGL or UPSC exams. However, it might be discussed during the UPSC interview. You should be prepared to explain the circumstances of your termination and emphasize the skills and experience you gained during your time at SBI.
