Reading: I joined Nutricia International Pvt Limited on 15th January 2015 and resigned on 2nd June 2015. Based on your description, you are entitled to your full and final settlements, including your May 2015 travel expenses, salary deductions for PF (Rs. 6,000), and the company’s matching contribution of Rs. 6,000 with interest. You can approach the Labour Commissioner or file a case in the appropriate court to claim these dues.
