Hello sir, I’m a medical representative. I was in Delhi for my father’s treatment and upon returning, I found that the person covering Patna-2 is also working in my area, Patna-3, without informing me. When I brought this up with our seniors, they said it was due to a misunderstanding – they thought I’d joined another company. I never formally resigned, so how can they decide this? Any advice?

You have not formally resigned, so your employment with the company continues. Your seniors’ explanation about a misunderstanding is not a valid reason to assign another representative to your area. You should raise this issue formally with your superiors, highlighting the lack of communication and the impact on your work.
