For the past 11 months, I’ve been waiting for my pending salary. My last two months’ pay, a total of ₹12,000, is still due. I’ve even reached out to the MD personally and sent emails, but I haven’t received any confirmation about when I’ll get my money. I’ve been calling him repeatedly, but he either doesn’t pick up or says he’ll pay me within the month. Is there any way I can get the remaining ₹11,000?

Under Indian law, you have the right to claim your pending salary. You can file a complaint with the Labour Department or approach the appropriate labor court seeking recovery of your dues. You should also maintain records of your salary demands and communication with your employer.
