You can file a petition for restitution of conjugal rights under Section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955, to compel your wife’s return. This legal action aims to restore marital harmony and prevent further estrangement. However, if she is being influenced by her family, consider family counselling to address the underlying issues and resolve the conflict amicably.
