Your sister’s marriage is legally void under Section 11 of the Hindu Marriage Act, as her husband was already married. She can file for a decree of nullity and seek alimony, custody of the child, and compensation for deceit. You should consult a lawyer to explore all legal options and proceed with the necessary actions.
