My friend’s husband filed a false case against me. Can I withdraw it without being present in court? Will this affect my chances of getting a government job?

You can file an application for withdrawal of the case with the court through your lawyer. However, the court may require your presence depending on the stage of the case. A withdrawn case generally doesn’t affect your chances of getting a government job unless there are other specific issues.
