My family is Hindu, and my father, a government employee, passed away in 2009. My older brother got a job on compassionate grounds after our father’s death, using my and my mother’s consent. I was still studying then. Sadly, my mother also passed away recently. She was living with me as my brother’s marriage didn’t work out. I’m currently unemployed and newly married. Can I legally claim something from my brother? I’m 31 years old.
