Given the circumstances, Rashmi has grounds to file for divorce due to Dipesh’s cruelty, harassment, and bigamy. You should consult with a lawyer to file a domestic violence case against Dipesh and seek a restraining order. Rashmi should also pursue the recovery of her jewelry and wedding clothes through the court.
