Under Indian law, a temple marriage can be valid if performed with the intention to be married and followed by cohabitation. Your evidence, like the honeymoon tickets and cake receipt, can be used to establish your marriage. You should consult a lawyer immediately to explore legal options, including filing for divorce and seeking legal recourse against the false accusations.
