Under the Indian Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, you can legally seek maintenance from your sons. They are obligated to provide for you financially, regardless of their marital status or financial situation, as you are their dependent parent. You can file an application in the appropriate court for maintenance.
