Under Indian law, the deceased’s sisters would inherit the property as the closest surviving relatives. The deceased brothers’ children would also have a claim, as they are the legal heirs of their deceased fathers. The distribution of the property would be determined based on the specific provisions of the Hindu Succession Act or the relevant personal law applicable to the deceased.
