What happens to a will if the witnesses are deceased after the person making the will passes away?

In India, the validity of a will doesn’t depend on the witnesses being alive at the time of the testator’s death. If the will is otherwise validly executed, it remains valid even if the witnesses are deceased. However, proving the will’s authenticity might become more difficult without the witnesses’ testimony.
