Your current OBC certificate dated January 2nd, 2017, may not be accepted as it falls outside the specified date range. You should immediately approach the concerned authority in Rajasthan to request a fresh OBC Non-Creamy Layer certificate for the specified period. It’s advisable to submit the application as soon as possible.
