My son is pursuing his B.Tech. His official documents show his birth date as August 2, 1999, but his actual birth date, according to his birth certificate issued by the government, is August 2, 1998. Can I change his official documents to reflect his correct birth date? If yes, what is the procedure for doing so? Thank you.
