A marriage at an Arya Samaj temple is legally valid under the Hindu Marriage Act in India. However, lack of parental approval and living separately doesn’t automatically lead to divorce. Divorce can be granted under specific grounds like cruelty, desertion, or adultery, as outlined in the Act.
