You would indeed need to surrender your PIO card if your marriage ends or your husband passes away. However, as your children are Indian citizens, you can apply for an Overseas Citizen of India (OCI) card, which offers lifelong visa-free entry and stay in India. This would allow you to remain in India to raise your children and manage your property and business.
